Begin practicing the tapping procedure at least once a day, at a time when you feel pretty calm or neutral. Think about something that is distressing and find where the feeling is located in your physical body in that moment, then focus intently on this feeling while you are tapping, do two rounds.

Read the “Self-muscle testing” document (Click Here) which describes the process of muscle testing. I recommend the standing tilt test because it is typically the most accurate. If you can start practicing how to muscle test using general questions that you know the answer to (your name, where you live, etc), it will help to save time when we are in session. This video does a pretty good job of describing how to do the standing tilt (only thing is to make sure to take your shoes off, she doesn’t in the video).
