Trauma is not a life sentence. With the greater understanding of neurobiology and the mechanisms of the nervous system, there are ways to treat trauma that are safe and effective. In this workshop, Hillary will give an in-depth review of the body’s biological, brain, and emotional response to trauma. You will learn to use an evidence based meridian tapping technique that has been shown to regulate the nervous system and reduce symptoms of fear, nightmares, and flashbacks.
